Replacing damaged tiles or updating the whole floor?
Tell us whether the concern is a few damaged tiles or a complete flooring update. The condition of the base, availability of matching tiles and adjoining finishes help determine the scope. Keep any spare tiles for review; a replacement may differ in shade or texture from the existing floor.
Preparation, layout and finishing details
Existing floor condition, moisture concerns, floor height and adjoining surfaces can affect the installation plan. We discuss these conditions before defining the work. Tile layout, grout joints and transitions should be considered together so the finished floor connects cleanly with the surrounding space.
